Rachael is a Psychologist with a Masters of Applied Forensic Psychology from York University in the UK and a PhD in Psychology from Charles Sturt University. She is registered with AHPRA and is a Board Approved Supervisor. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education (Learning and Teaching) from Deakin University, and is an Adjunct Lecturer for Charles Sturt University – where she has delivered lectures, developed Psychology courses, examined theses and conducted research into trauma. Rachael also has ongoing affiliations with Federation University and Southern Cross University.
With 15+ years’ clinical experience, gained from working in the community mental health service and also in private practice, Rachael has supported a wide range of diverse clients. She extends her supportive and nurturing services to individuals across all age ranges, including children, young adults, adults and seniors. Rachael is an approved provider for Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover (NSW and QLD), Department of Veterans Affairs and also delivers psychological services under CTP and private health insurance referrals.
Rachael currently provides treatment utilising a wide range of clinical therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Child Play and Art Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitisation (EMDR).

strategies.
